The Happilease story
Three years ago, we got introduced to a landlord who was struggling to get value from his rented apartment in Lagos. The first shock we experienced was the amount of damage that his vacant units had due to mis-use from previous tenants.
Over the last 3 years, we met more landlords who had very similar stories of income loss to:
